Yes, it is possible to change sizes, although this is not done automatically. You must return the product (you will receive a refund) and make a new purchase with the desired size (shipping costs will be free).
To request a size change from mainland Spain, please follow these steps:
- Access your profile.
- Go to the ‘Orders’ section.
- Request a refund for the original product.
- Once we have received the product at our warehouses, we will refund you using the same payment method you used.
- Place a new order with the size you wish to receive.
You can carry out both processes (return and new purchase) in whatever order you prefer.
Remember: you can also bring your parcel to any of our own shops. In this case, you do not need to request the exchange through your profile; the shop team will take care of it. Find your nearest Gioseppo shop here.
