How to return an order?

You can easily manage your return on our website. Just follow these steps:

  • Log in to your account and go to the ‘Orders’ section.
  • Select the order and the product you wish to return.
  • Please indicate the reason for the return (this helps us to improve).
  • The Gioseppo team will send you the label within 24/48 working hours so that you can deliver the package to your nearest FedEx point.
  • Once we have received the order at our warehouse, we will proceed to validate it and issue a refund. The time it takes for the refund to be processed will depend on the payment method used and can range from 5 to 15 days. Shipping costs and other fees are non-refundable.
