Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands

Delivery times are typically 24 to 72 working hours from the time of purchase.

During promotional periods such as sales, Christmas or Black Friday, delivery times may be affected due to high order volumes.

 

Other destinations
Delivery times are approximately 48 to 72 working hours from the moment your order leaves our warehouse.

 

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
For these destinations, we require your ID number (including the letter) in order to ship your order on the same day it is placed.


Please select the option “Doc. Canarias/Ceuta/Melilla” in the contact form and include your ID number along with your order number.

Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands

Shipping is free within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands on orders over €59. For orders under €59, the shipping cost is €4.95 for mainland Spain and €10 for the Balearic Islands.

If the delivery cannot be made because no one is available at the indicated address, the courier company will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery. If the package cannot be delivered after several attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse. Once received, we will issue a refund, but the original shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

 

 

TRACKING NUMBER

Once your order has left our warehouse, the courier will notify you that it has been shipped, and you will receive a link to track it. We recommend waiting until 10:00 p.m. to check it, as courier companies need time to register the shipment in their system.

 

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?

Returns can be easily managed through our website. Simply follow these steps:

 

1. Log in to your account.

2. Go to the “Orders” section.

3. Select the order and the item you wish to return.

4. Indicate the reason for the return.

5. We will send you the label within 24–48 working hours, and you can take your parcel to any Correos office. There is no need to print the label — you can simply show it on your mobile phone.

6. Once we have received the order at our warehouse, we will check it and process your refund. The time it takes for the refund to be completed will depend on the payment method used and may range between 10 and 20 days. Shipping costs or other fees are non-refundable.

 

Please note: You can also take your parcel to any of our own stores. In this case, there is no need to request the return through your account, our store team will handle it for you.

Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

Return costs from the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla depend on the courier company you choose for the shipment. In these cases, once you have requested the return, you must select the courier, take the parcel to them, pay the corresponding cost, and send it to the following address:

RETURN CONDITIONS

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.
The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and with protective packaging. This means the shoebox must be placed inside the shipping box to ensure proper protection during transport.


The product must include all its labels, wrapping and accessories.

Queries within the return period: If you contacted our Customer Service team regarding your return within the 30-day period and we were unable to assist you in time, we will exceptionally process your request.

 

 

HOW TO PREPARE A RETURN?

Place the shoes inside their shoebox and then inside the shipping box. Make sure it is properly sealed. If you no longer have the original shipping box, you can use a different one.

Send the products in the same condition in which you received them.

Do not write on or attach labels directly to the shoebox.

 

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I PURCHASED THROUGH ANOTHER PLATFORM OR RETAILER?

If you made your purchase through an external retailer or another website, you must handle any issues directly with them, as Gioseppo does not have access to their order information. This ensures your case is managed in accordance with their specific policies.

 

 

EXCHANGES

To get a different size, you need to return the item you do not want and place a new order for the correct size. This ensures a quick and simple process.

INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact our Customer Service team using this form, and have your order number ready.

 

For faulty items, please include photos showing the product from all angles (front, side and sole views and a close-up of the defect. Provide a clear and detailed description of the issue.

Our customer service team will review your case and provide a solution as soon as possible.

 

 

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Courier companies will never ask for your bank details, nor request any payment to deliver your order.

Courier companies do not deliver to PO boxes.

We meet the delivery times for virtually all orders, but delays may occur during promotional periods or in certain remote locations that do not have daily delivery routes.
