CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE GUIDE
Shoes should not be washed in a washing machine, unless the label indicates otherwise. Some materials may fade or become damaged after washing.
For proper cleaning, we recommend using a slightly damp cloth or a hygienic wipe. In any case, it is advisable to test it on an inconspicuous area before applying it to the entire surface, as certain bright colours may fade and transfer to lighter areas.
Once clean, allow the shoes to air dry, avoiding direct heat sources.
FOOTWEAR WITH EMBELLISHMENTS
We recommend taking special care with delicate embellishments, avoiding rubbing or impacts that could damage details such as rhinestones, bows, sequins, or beads.
RAIN BOOTS
To ensure the longest life for your rain boots, we recommend cleaning them after use to remove any dirt. Use cold water and mild soap. After cleaning, allow them to air dry away from direct heat or sunlight.
To protect the rubber and prevent cracking, avoid storing boots wet, folded, or creased.
White marks may appear on the boots, which is a normal characteristic of natural rubber. To remove them, first try cleaning with water and soap. If the marks persist, you can use special rubber cleaners (such as tyre cleaners) or even soy or sunflower oil. Never use solvents, grease, or diesel, as these could irreversibly damage the boots.
MACHINE-WASHABLE SCHOOL SHOES
School shoes that can be washed in a machine, as indicated on their label, should be washed at a maximum of 30°C to preserve their shape and quality. A gentle cycle is recommended, and the use of a tumble dryer or direct heat should be avoided.
