We aim to give back to society everything we take.

We knew since our foundation that we wanted to be actively involved in our surroundings, collaborating and supporting wherever possible organisations and groups working to create a better world for everyone.

We are committed to gender equality, supporting programmes such as Women4Change through the Fundación Esperanza Pertusa. The aim of the programme is to raise awareness of the potential of female leaders to transform the world.

Women4Change aims to raise awareness of the potential of female leaders to transform the world, and to promote the visibility of women, enabling its goals to resonate in other places, raising the interest of other people and communities, and consequently multiplying its capacity for transformation.

We support the community projects of associations promoting the employability of groups at risk of social exclusion, such as the Fundación Adecco, Red Acoge, the Cátedra Tempe-Apsa, Cruz Roja, Secretariado Gitano and Fundación Cepaim. Recently, Gioseppo has been recognised by the Cátedra Francisco Carreño of the Universidad Miguel Hernández in Elche for its contribution to the professional integration of people at risk of social exclusion.

Neither do we forget other vulnerable groups, such as people diagnosed with breast cancer. In 2020 we partnered FECMA (the Spanish Fight Against Breast Cancer Federation), devoting a percentage of Shuya sneaker sales to research of this disease through grants from the SEOM (Spanish Society of Medical Oncology). At Gioseppo, we wear the pink ribbon as part of our identity.
